Church - germans really faked many trials to send catholic priest to preason for fake crimes.Fascists never did so.
Race - fascists really mostly do not cared.
Tanks - they really could have medium tanks mass produced,it they do not leave it as monopoly to two companies.Ansaldo and maybe Fiat.

Though, I am not in the mood to get depressed...it's heartbreaking what happened to the victims...knowning why that "it" did it might be more than mind can handle right now.
Personally I think whoever hid the reasons and manifesto should face a people's court.
I wouldn't say the Nazis were trying to persecute catholics for being Catholic, more likely they thought they were secret-jews or secretly going against the fuhrer or some typical nazi stuff like that.
It's kind of interesting that the Nazis were surprisingly tolerant of multiple religions, they had all their weird pagan shit going on, were allied with Shintoists and Catholics, and Hitler admired Islam.

Yeah I'd say the main difference between Nazism and Italian fascism is the religion/spirituality-bent of it. I don't think Hitler himself was personally religious, but the Nazis did have a lot of protestant support and appeal, whereas Italy's fascism was atheistic, more akin to North Korea than a similarly authoritarian religious fanaticism such as Iran...
When I think of Fascism I think of Big Brother/1984 type of ideology where the State is Your New God and Your New God is the State or some similar type of state-sanctioned panopticon like Stalinist Russia or Maoist/Communist China
If you want to be historically generous with the Austrian painter his religious "views" were heterodox at best with the exception of those of the Jewish faith.
But I wouldn't go past that.

Actually, their one child policy had a specific exemptions for minorities because they feared being accused of genocide and thought it won't make a difference.
