Reading the article it sounds to me like the actual issue is that not everyone in the "Deep State Messaging Sphere" is a complete ideological revolutionary retard who wants to remake america under the idea of Equality. I straight up do not believe like 90% of the claims in that article.

Ideally, yes.
However, that ideal is a relic of a time before social media and was a farce even before then.
There has always been politics in the military, the regs are followed or not depending the political winds of the day, flag officers and the intel community have always been political actors (just ones the general public cannot remove from office in a vote), and the political neutrality of the military is a polite lie used to keep the public from cottoning onto how it acts as a 4th political branch of the US gov.

Rare as in its rare for Prosecutors in this ongoing case to actually admit to making a mistake. And in this case, it's more procedural then "evidence" based. Prosecutors are asking to refile charges against a particular defendant after arresting Texas resident Lucas Denney on December 13th, 2021 and not actually securing an indictment against him until around three months later on March 7th, 2022. He spent that entire time in jail as the Prosecutors more then failed to meet the 30 day deadline that the Speedy Trial Act calls for.
The Magistrate Judge apparently scolded the Prosecutors for "biting off more then they can chew" in bringing in so many cases and not having the resources to pursue them.

It's a claim I happen to agree with, that is portrayed as outrageous by the government and mainstream media.
The army is part of the government. The same government which considers this to be an outrageous claim.

A random observation, but I noticed that after 1980, the Curse of Tippecanoe (1840 to 1980, at 20 year intervals) was replaced with the Curse of the Stolen Election, with both 2000 and 2020 being believed by many people to have been stolen elections. I wonder if people will feel the same way about the 2040 election 18 years from now!
