In relation the whole Vic Mignogna situation, I have wondered how him winning (which does seem to be the most likely outcome) will affect Funimation (besides just costing them a crapload of money) and the Texas voice acting scene in general.

From what I understand what Nick said, Funimation will be cleaning house at Sony's behest.

Seems to make sense as a business. Part of the staff cause trouble at the bottom so the top does an investigation before dropping them like hot potato.

So I listened to Goku's blooper clips where he acts homophobic towards his son (probably when he dressed in piccolo's outfit) thanks to Nick. Looks pretty much tit for tat in showing hypocrisy. Made me giggle though.

Though it's always been funny to hear VAs act the part but say things that are quite OOC. No wonder that transformers parody I watched was quite funny. A deviant Optimus prime and Megatron who loves saying muthafuka.

This is something I always found a bit strange... why would accusations, or even proven actions, impact your enjoyment of a work? All humans are flawed and have likely done something someone somewhere disapproves of, sometimes even very serious things. Why should your enjoyment of a creative work be determined by the morality (or lack thereof) of the creator?

Also... aside from the menu music, did Skyrim really have all that much good music? I seem to remember most of it being just kinda random ambiance stuff that doesn't really stand out.

I loved skyrim's music, but its more that I dislike being reminded of said actions whenever the link between music - creator, is touched by the neurons. Just a personal thing, its like how when I saw Ms Paltrow in some movie or other a few weeks back the first thing to pop into my mind was "oh hey she's that lady weinstein assaulted!" and boy howdy that ruined my mood.

Didn't the majority of them, prove themselves to petty, vindictive and otherwise nasty people? Because, I can actually understand that once people burn you on a personal level, it might colour your enjoyment of their work.

My reaction to that was "and this surprises you?" I never saw VAs as anything other than people hired to do a job, and never made any assumptions as to their sterling moral character.

I generally assume that people in general are going to be decent, if flawed human beings, having bad and good parts in different measure depending on the individual.
