A division of Rhodesian troopers could beat the shit out of the whole SANDF.

And according to Wikipedia, the people supporting Zuma are mostly leftists and/or criminal elements.

Not surprised, given that Zuma was a helluva corrupt shithead.

Any new developments on the situation in South Africa ?

Some good is coming out of this - people of all races are working together to clean up the mess.

The government now believes the rioting was politically organized by the Zuma faction.

At least they didn't point the blame finger at white people.

Which means South Africa is at least somewhat based.

Because they know that it isn't white people. It's a rival faction within the ANC. A faction who were having a great time looting the country and running it all down while Zuma was in office, and want to be able to go on looting and pillaging.

Zuma needs to go to prison including his cronies.

I just checked wikipedia and the info has changed.

The leftist faction of the ANC has been removed from the belligerent section.

Commiepedia is doing its job again.

Yeah, don't use Wikipedia for reliable info about anything political.

Dunno about them being "leftists" though - depends on how one defines that. Zuma positioned himself more as a traditionalist/populist, and his corrupt rule actually got in the way of the sort of causes American-style "leftists" hold dear.

The actual Communists here don't much like him either.

Isn't the problem in the fact that Zuma and his cronies brought a lot of Zulu votes into ANC, thus crippling Inkatha party (violence between the two far outslaughtered the evil apartheid government), so they had to indulge his faction.

Yes, I think that's a big part of it. The ANC's previous senior leadership was seen as Xhosa-dominated, so they had to do something to pull in the other tribes a bit more.

Speaking about Zulus running amok . . .

Have there been any Rorke's Drift cases?

A small community militia defending successfully defending their home against a massive army of Zulu looters.
