/no clue what it actually means but my philosophy is that if letters are added to LGBT and I'm not sure what they mean (most of the random crap added in) then it shall mean whatever I find most amusing and/or offensive to whomever claims to identify as that random crap.
 
Iirc it means one has two spirits..one could be male or female, the other the other gender or an animal.

Some 2 spirit are, not all.
2spirit is basically LGBTQP+... but native american.

2spirit is an english term that never existed in native languages, they invented in the 90s for "native american 3rd gender" (which again, never existed).

Native american languages had a wide variety of words to describe any kind of sexual disorder. gay, lesbian, bestiality, trans, etc. Each had a different word
2spirit... does not refer to any of those, it refers to the entire LGBTQP+ spectrum.

It is a way for someone to tell you "I am a pride person, who is also 1/32 cherokee" (he probably isn't and just pretends to be part cherokee for the attention)

Some also identify as having multiple personality disorder. A fictional disorder that only exists in movies and books.

I'm... not sure? Would Native Americans be pissed that they're trying to falsely appropriate this non-existent shit from their various cultures (basically defamation?), or would they be pissed because it's actually something antithetical to their traditional values?

Does anyone have any ideas?

Shrug. it is hard to find history that has not been rewritten.
Best I can tell is that it varied.
Native americans had many varied cultures.

As for today... native americans have computers and internet.
And are also split on the issue.
Some vehemently oppose two spirit nonsense. Otherwise are in favor of it.

Before the term was invented by a summit of gay native americans in canada, the terms used for it were actually slurs.

History books I can find on it claim that this is solely the fault of white ppo who came to america, reeed at how tolerant the native americans were, and taught them homophobia and anti gay slurs.
They cite berdache which is a spanish anti gay slur which was used for centuries by native americans as the primary means of referring to gays.

As for what really was. who knows. but I seriously doubt this narrative.
 
Among the First Nations, 'two-spirit' originally referred to people who crossed the often-very strict division of labor between the sexes (ex. a dude engaging in women's duties, in fact that's what it usually was rather than the other way around of women being warriors or w/e, RL history was not a feminist fantasy filled with girlbosses in the Americas any more than it was elsewhere) as well as crossdressers and homosexuals generally. Europeans first named it berdache, a French translation of an older Persian term that basically translated to 'catamite'. It wasn't a sexuality, it was a social role that only few people ever played, and only in certain tribes (this may shock the wokies, but Native Americans/First Nations were not a monolith any more than 'Asians' are, and the various peoples had very different cultures). Here's a good, lengthy article about the topic from 2005, before society collectively went full retard about this kind of thing.

Of course NOW it's classified a sexuality under the alphabet banner, and especially zealously protected here in Canada where a lack of a significant black population and a legacy of slavery (indeed Nova Scotia was a refuge for runaway slaves from the early US, most notably the Black Loyalists generally and the Black Pioneer Company of James Moncrief from Henry Clinton's army specifically) means our SJW brigade have to go out of their way to fetishize the First Nations and flagellate themselves & others over every aspect of Canadian history dealing with them instead.

Open question, Secession is legal and its already in Albertias economic self interest to leave before him, with him making life shit on top of that....well they leave and they cant afford the bribes to Quebec and then the Quebecers leave. and Canada has neglected their army for so long that its impossible to use force to keep it all together.

Knowing them, Biden and the Dems probably don't want cheaper oil at all. If anything, they probably want it hecka' expensive to keep pushing their climate-change crap. :sneaky:

As of right now, I think sending US troops across the border to prop up Trudeau's regime is too brazen for even them. Maybe not for future presidents (or desperate prime ministers, for that matter), but at the moment, you'd have a hell of a time explaining what business the US Military has in Canada's domestic affairs.
