...Where? The US and other Western nations (including, sadly enough, the UK) are the only ones who are putting up with their delusional bullshit.

Anywhere else in the world would have them castrated, murdered, imprisoned, sent for "re-education", et cetera. And trying to pull their activism anywhere else? Yeah, they'd either be stone cold dead or locked away within a black pit somewhere within a week.

Fucking morons.

Iceland, IIRC, tightly controls this trans shit in their borders as part of their wanting to keep their heritage alive (seriously, look up how restrictive Icelanders have it; all the way down to choosing names!).

The others are Western nations that pretty much are the same (?) when it comes to transtrender rights... at the moment, anyway. Eastern European nations are getting sick of their shit, so their best bet would be to stick with Germany, France, or Sweden. If they want to move because they think they'll have it better in a European country than in the States, they're even more stupid than I imagined.

And Canada is... Canada.

"The US has a long-standing narrative as a haven for LGBTQ people, and with cases like this, it upends that narrative," Rathod said. "It just doesn't compute that there would be a US citizen who would want to leave, because it means you have to recognize the real conditions the community is facing."
Delusional person who wasn't paying attention every other time people threatened to leave to avoid some politician or social change, as well as all the people who become expats, or who gain citizenship with other countries for various reasons.

Hey, if they want to leave, I say let them. :sneaky:
Interesting how they don't say "It simply doesn't compute that American citizens would want to flee to Hungary" in response to the things like that trans-issue. Quite disingenuous.

I was going to say that it is the right of every citizen to leave whenever they want. However, after I thought about it, I realized that I don't think that's correct. We may have freedom of association enshrined but not freedom of movement.

I think it's disingenuous because it's not the vulnerable LGBT people leaving.

If you have a successful enough career, enough education, and the linguistics skills to move to a more LGBT friendly country (Canada, Germany, Sweden, basically), then you weren't vulnerable in the US to begin with. You were upper middle class, college educated, and likely living in a solid blue state.
