He will most likely appeal because it's connected to the sexual assault allegation as well.

To appeal that $83.3mn judgment he'll need to put the full amount in escrow. Just like he did when he appealed the $5mn awarded to E. Jean Carroll in the other case.He will most likely appeal because it's connected to the sexual assault allegation as well.

Trump and others may say all they want about appealing what they call unfair civil judgments. Without large amounts of ready cash in escrow or a surety bond for an equal amount it's all just a lot of wasted hot air.
People like Trump tend to be highly leveraged and illiquid. Most of their wealth is tied up in stuff which is not easy to turn into cash at a moments notice. You are claiming a multi billionaire... can't get that rather paltry amount of money?
Even in that case, it should be pretty straightforward to get that amount with some property or other as collateral. Hard to believe he wouldn't be able to do that on short notice even with a bad reputation if the property valuation is from a neutral source.$83.3mn in ready cash is not a paltry sum for Trump. He might not be liquid enough to write a cheque that large which will clear.

You're forgetting that a) he's already leveraged to the hilt and b) he's been found liable for fraudulently overstating property valuations. He could also just leverage a property as collateral and get money that way. It's stupidly easy to do that.
No. A judge declared it against all evidence and testimony. There was no actual trial. You're forgetting that a) he's already leveraged to the hilt and b) he's been found liable for fraudulently overstating property valuations.
Any bank who lends him money will be asked a whole bunch of very uncomfortable questions by the bank regulators.
Plus, the banks are still quite happy to work with him, which is hilariously causing many Lefties to have meltdowns on a regular basis.No. A judge declared it against all evidence and testimony. There was no actual trial.
It doesn't matter what judicial corruption occurred, the troll will never admit anything was wrong with the judges decisions and keep acting like the rest of the Dems who just want to destroy Trump by any means necessary.No. A judge declared it against all evidence and testimony. There was no actual trial.
