There won't be a 'second spike.' Outside of NYC (and maybe another place I'm forgetting), there was never enough of an outbreak to cause medical overload problems in the first place.
It's becoming increasingly obvious that this whole thing has been massively overblown, and once fatality numbers are corrected for misattributed deaths, the conclusion is almost certain to be that the lockdown was never justified in the first place.
As with every other epidemic in history, we should have simply quarantined either those known sick, those at greatest threat, or both.
