Have you looked at the per capita death rates for them?
Because from what I've heard Sweden got to this point by effectively letting the virus kill a lot of the truly at risk population, so they aren't as concerned about it now since the people most vunerable to it are mostly already dead, or have fought through it.
From a coldly pragmatic standpoint that is not a horrible way to have handled things, as it does preserve the economy and society better than lockdowns do, but at a very high price.
Yes,but if Wuhan was like black death or even spanish flu,both countries would arleady lost at least 5% of populations.Which they did not - which means,that Wuhan is something like worst flu.
And Well,they were mostly eldery people,which Sweden must pay retiring pensions.Just like all european countries.
I bet,that if that was possible,all european countries would create virus like Wuhan to help their budgets.
In Poland we even had joke in commie times about that - "popierajcie partię czynem,umierajcie przed terminem" - my translation - "support party and die before retiring".
