It is funny because the worst enemy of the US is its chief, who is so far gone that isn't realizing he is manipulated by incompetent sycophants and puppeteers who do as much damage indirectly as him.
Biden probably will get many indirectly dead by the thousands if he hasn't done so already.
Bonus points is that is this will slightly help Trump getting elected if they don't pull another last minute ballot like 2020.

You cant think of the left as rational, as "you but waving a blue flag", they have to make short sighted, self destructive plays, they have to. It's a need, as real in their minds as hunger is to the body. They can't willingly choose to act against their nature, even if it hurts them.

As they progress along the scale of demoralization the pain of such an act, even as a stalling maneuver, increases dramatically, to the point where anything short of massive, immediate physical pain is overwhelmed by this psychological need.
And It's not an age thing, each generation of leftists is more intensely demoralized than the last.

I'm completely convinced we're in a parody "what if?" timeline now to reality's fiction -- ya know, like DC's Elseworld's or Marvel's What If? lines.
