sigh Fucking Iranians.

This isn't going to stop until Iran gets basically bitch-slapped by someone; whether it's Pakistan or the Americans, the Iranians need to be brought to heel.

It's going to happen sooner than later; fucking with global shipping isn't going to win them any friends.
Yup. This success kinda demonstrates that the western powers aren't treating this as the proxy war it is. They are treating it as a glorified policing action, with care about paperwork, using police/coast guard tactics and assets, despite the recent escalation and limited scale airstrikes.
Something which works against organized crime, even then struggles if the organized crime gets too big, like in the case of cartels, though imagine how bad would it be if the cartels were getting tactical and even strategic strike weapons like ballistic missiles from some country.

What's needed is a retaliatory blockade against all their supply routes - after all, the Houthis have announced a blockade against ships owned by many nations, including some major powers, and proceeded to try enforce it by whatever lethal means they have.

Russia to host an inter-Palestinian Conference with representatives from Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Palestinian Authority and about a dozen other Palestinian groups. This is likely the latest of a series of meetings between Russian, Iranian and Palestinian Islamist officials that have taken place since October 7th hosted by Russia.

An attempt to divert an Israeli El-Al passenger flight was ignored by airliner crew on a flight from Phuket, Thailand to Israel. The aircrew apparently received instructions to divert their flight path mid-flight, with their communications accessed by a third party. Both incidents occurred within a week, occurring near Somalia.

IDF continues to construct the Netzarim Corridor, a two kilometer wide zone running through the middle of Gaza that will allow them to interdict and screen traffic between northern and southern Gaza. This operation is in conjunction with clearing a buffer zone on the inside of the Gazan border walls.

IDF Strikes in Sidon, Lebanon result in mushroom clouds, reportedly due to munitions being struck.

The President of Mexico, Sisi, is building a big beautiful wall and making the Egyptians pay for it. It'll create a larger buffer zone between Egypt and Gaza. Israel meanwhile reiterates it has no intention of evacuating Gazans to Egypt.

US Centcom Reports five "self defense strikes" where they and allied units hit three mobile anti-ship launchers, an unmanned underwater vessel and an unmanned surface vessel.

The Houthis have proclaimed a great victory in striking the Belize-flagged, British-registered and Lebanese-managed bulk carrier Rubymar and forcing it to be abandoned in the Gulf of Aden after it was struck by two Houthi Anti-Ship missiles. No casualties were reported and another civilian vessel was able to evacuate the crew to Djibouti. The ship is reportedly in the process of sinking off the coast of Yemen. The Houthis also stated they shot down an MQ-9 Reaper Drone.

Israeli Media Publication YNet released a new report detailing allegations of torture, mistreatment, mutilation, and sexual assault perpetrated by Hamas Militants and their supporters starting on October 7th.

Egypt Continuing to Expand its Buffer Zone and Barrier along the Egyptian-Gazan Border.

Anti Hamas Chants Reported in Northern Gaza.

Important Post on the Inflationary Effects this War has had on the prices of Candy in the Gaza Strip.

Houthis Fired Two Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles at a Greek-flagged, US Owned Bulk Carrier with one missile detonating near the vessel, causing minor damage but no casualties. The ship arrived soonafter in the Yemeni Port of Aden where it proceeded to offload the hundreds of tons of international food aid it carried as cargo to the famine stricken nation. The intentionally targeted vessel, M/V Sea Champion, has delivered humanitarian aid to Yemen almost a dozen times in the past five years.

Around this same time over ten drones and one anti-ship cruise missile launched at the Navy and Merchant Marine vessels in the region were intercepted by the Allied Navy Vessels in the region. Also strikes were conducted against a Houthi SAM site and a Drone launching site. A Marshall Islands flagged, US Owned bulk carrier was also struck by a Houthi drone, suffering minor damage and no injuries.

Coincidentally, the uptick in strikes correlates with the return to sea of the Iranian Spy Ship Behshad which had a brief stay in port Djibouti close to the Chinese military base in the area, reportedly due in part to a US Cyberattack on the vessel.

Chart Updated a Day Ago of Reported Houthi Launches and Losses in the Red Sea Operations including breakdown by ship.

Also around a hundred Standard Missiles have been fired since this operation began in October which, if the numbers correlate, could imply some fairly efficient operation of the US Navy missiles though there are many other factors to consider.

Ten kilometer long Tunnel Shaft reportedly discovered by the IDF South of Gaza City.

Hezbollah launched forty rockets at Northern Israel. In response Israel launched an Airstrike into Southern Lebanon reportedly killing two Hezbollah fighters.

Harvard-Harris Poll shows strong US support for Israel versus Hamas.

Hamas Militants are still allegedly seizing trucks filled with foreign aid, often through the local civilian police force they dominate.

Armed Militias are reportedly fighting Hamas for foreign aid deliveries.

Israeli N12 News states only six hundred soldiers and twelve tanks were stationed at the border on October 7th when over three thousand Hamas militants initially attacked. Over the next two days over 1600 Attackers were killed by the IDF.

Here is proof, that Natanjahu knew about attack, and did notching to prevent it.Considering that Hamas become powerfull thank to Mossad,i think that they are still Izrael tool.

Becouse now they could massacre palestinians, and ignore Rabin peace plan.

So Hamas dug a 6 MILE long tunnel and NOBODY noticed?!??! How does that even happen? What did the do with the dirt? How many concrete trucks did that take? This makes no sense. I can see why some people say Mossad set the whole thing up!

By being allowed to point guns at absolutely anyone on the surface who notices or even asks inconvenient questions.
The concrete, well...
Remember all that regular outrage by humanitarian groups about sanctions on Gaza and Israel merely limiting the import of concrete?
Israel knew and would love to say " no concrete for ya, ever, not a single bag, fuck you", but there would be major political fallout to that as you can see. The fact is that whatever concrete would be sent in for any civilian rebuilding purposes would get partially or completely siphoned off to Hamas purposes because there's effectively no independent oversight that can go into Gaza, investigate such corruption, and let's not even dream about punishing the culprits.

There's no easy solution to that kind of problem. The only way is to have "boots on the ground", either Israeli (like pre-2005 status quo) or blue helmets (let's be honest neither UN nor anyone else wants to deal with that mess) take physical control of the place, tens of thousands at least, and hold it tightly enough to force Hamas back into being a small, covert group.
As long as unknown, masked people with guns can show up to any construction site, dump a truckload of dirt, and steal their concrete, there's no reason why the same can't happen again.

That shit happens all the time. The Cartels are doing it along the Southern US border on a regular basis. The Norks export tunneling experts and 'workers' to do that for other countries (Iran).

If you have a plan and ways to cover the exits/entrances you can hide that sort of activity quite well. Especially if you're willing to take your time and use human labor instead of machinery.

Zee Combat Debut of Zee German Navy had some hiccups.

They downed a few drones utilizing RIM-116 Missiles as opposed to the standard... Uhhh Standard Missiles being used. Also employed the 76mm gun.

However... The German frigate also attempted but failed to engage an American MQ-9 Reaper Drone with those same missiles but due to a technical failure, fortunately failed to do so successfully, according to German media reports.

Bulk Carrier Rubymar sinks off the coast of Yemen with tons of fertilizer on board.

The Italian AAW ship Duilio Shot Down at least one Houthi Drone Using its 76mm Main Gun at a range of a half dozen kilometers. That's five countries warships that have downed drones in the Red Sea now reportedly.

The Greek Frigate Hydra has entered the Red Sea as well now.

Intensive Fighting in the Southern Gaza City of Khan Yunis. The recent IDF actions were announced with the striking of fifty targets in the area in a span of six minutes.

Talks resuming in Cairo between Hamas and Israel with international third parties. Hamas has opened up by refusing to reveal the state or condition of the hostages they currently hold.

Because they're dead.

I'm willing to bet my last pound that all the hostages still currently missing are either in a hole, ash and bone fragments, or are locked in an underground room rotting somewhere.

It's getting to the point where Iran is going to have to be bitch slapped. We all know they're backing the Houthis, and fucking with international shipping is turning every country in the world against them.

No need for boots on the ground: Just (non-nuclear) glass every military installation close to the Sea, sink every Iranian vessel in said Sea, and destroy every single one of their oil refineries.

Houthis finally killed some people in their months long campaign to sink civilian shipping on behalf of Palestinians. Rest in Peace to the international crewmembers on board of the Liberian-flagged, Barbadian-owned M/V True Confidence, which was carrying steel from China to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What is interesting is that the "Yemeni Navy (ie Houthis)" reportedly ordered the vessel to turn around, which it did and was still fired upon regardless, resulting in the death of three crew members and leaving four more seriously injured.

Crew on board is reported as including 15 Filipinos, four Vietnamese, two Sri Lankans, an Indian and a Nepali national.
