If he says male or gets sent to a male prison regardless? Yeah, that "gender-fluid" view is going to last like a day maximum. Prison stereotypes exist for a reason, people.

It would be up to the doctor. If they say gener fluid and try to claim female, they will be sent to the doctor. If the doctor says they are doing it to try and get eoth females or what ever, put in medical most likely. At least at the jail I worked in or in a room alone.

Basically they will most likely get sent to a male prison.

I get what you're saying and even agree with it, insomuch as that matters. Was basic reading/writing not required for your current role though? I would expect better writing out of the average high schooler.

I also assume that where legislation doesn't yet specifically address newer ideas about gender, it kinda automatically defaults to the conservative position. When it comes to assigning prison address, I'd think that biological presentation is the obvious way to go. While I could accept the idea that there's some potential issue with placing post surgery transgenderd with members of the "opposite" sex, I think it's a tiny issue overall, both because of absolute numbers and the severity/likelihood of those issues. On the other hand, people presenting as one gender but identifying as another being placed in line with their identifying gender represents more of an issue in every regard, but I'm not aware of any efforts to legislate that?

It is. Diffrence being my computer posting is often worse then my phone posting, and I often type and don't read over my posts. I do that for work though.

There have been issues with transgenders being out into the prison they assign themselves too and raping women, for MtF. A very famous one is in England. Don't the case right now.

Post surgery is actually safer to be put by themselves or put with the one they identify as. Though, it can still be an issue with other prisoners.

As far as I last heard, there were state laws going into effect that focus on this. There was a trans person in California who is suing the state or was it federal system because they denied them the Estrogen shots. They were raped and beaten.

We had one in the jail I worked in, had to separate them form someone else and give them a single room. Because they were fucking and we can't have that.
 
Quite the massive brawl outside of Wi Spa, a location in Los Angeles were in days prior a man exposed his penis to customers in the Women's only section and apparently the business didn't respond to such behavior.

Carteleros are also vermin...But they have that veneer of normalcy when they go home at night. Not that they don't all deserve to be boiled alive in oil for what they've done but yeah, they tend to be a bit like old school Mobsters.
