I don't get it ...
It's a bingo card for Russia refineries, with the words 'bayraktared' imposed over ones hit by Ukraine so far.

Russia cannot really build or maintain it's own oil infrastructure, it used to use western contractors for that, so every hit to a Russian refinery is a blow to the very economic engine keeping Putin's Russia afloat and able to pay for it's invasion.

Russia can replace tanks and manpower; it cannot really replace refining columns or vapor stills.

Edit:

Sad, another top executive, the Deputy CEO, of Lukoil has suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from natural causes... in this case, suicide by hanging.

Rest in Piece Lukoil Vice President Vitaly Robertus.

Wait a minute... is this an old story? I swear I read and posted about this before...

Oh wait it was @Buba who posted about it. Nevermind.

Wait... that was only the third. That means... oh right, I did post about it.

Sad. This one passed away from an illness while being treated at the hospital. Not sure what the specific illness was but it must've been severe if one of the symptoms is falling out of a window.

Apparently the first Lukoil Executive to pass away tragically occurred in May of 2022 and went unreported by us.

He was apparently found in the basement of a Shaman's house, having suffered a heart attack after seeking treatment from "Jamaican voodoo rituals" for severe alcohol and drug intoxication the day before.

Russian elections might need a recount in certain areas due to the ongoing "Civil War."

Shit, if the Russian are set to try to take out another dam on the Dnipro, that is going to be serious problem.

Blowing the first dam seriously hindered Ukraine's summer offensive in 2023, and diverted a lot of resources to handle the aftermath of it.

If this one goes, it's going to make things even worse.

You still think Russia blew up their own dam? lol.

That raises the question whether some of their civilian targets hit in Ukraine were intentional ones, or they're just that damn incompetent and those areas were just (unfortunately and horrifically) collateral damage.

Like, you try to shoot a target with your arrow but you and/or the bow are in such poor condition/trained that it veers off course and impales some poor kid buying an ice cream the next street over.

It's how their massive Cold War era AntiShip missiles end up hitting Odessa Cathedrals.

How is it the fault of the Russian Navy if they fire an anti ship missile at a coastal city and it blows up a Cathedral? Maybe Ukraine shouldn't build their Cathedrals to give off a signature that is vaguely a close enough facsimile to an actual warship in their coastal cities and this wouldn't happen.

Stories i hear from good catholic priest /Dominik Chmielewski SDB - he talked about Jesus with power/during retreat made becouse of Lent.

1.ukrainian atheist military nurse name Lena told him about many cases of ukrainian soldiers who lost their limbs and should die becouse lack of blood/she get to them too late/ was still alive and survived becouse they prayed on Rosary.

2.Ukrainian commander nicknamed "beast" who usually gunned down soviets who tried to surrender destroy soviet tank who was burning - yet from flames come unscathed soviet soldier who kneel with Rosary and told them that they could kill him,but his mother pray for him and them.
Beast really want to schoot him,but somebody stop him and made him order his people send this soldier to best prison camp.

P.S He wrote many good books,if you are poles you could read them.

Funeral held for the multiple Russian Air Force officers shot down in their A-50 over Russian territory back in February.

Had to look up Praporshchik. Apparently it's an non-commissioned officer Ensign rank.
