Probably he's going to try price fixing to an arbitrary value rather than banning region based pricing that disfavors Americans. There is a small chance that he will have multiple prices based on race.

I'm starting to think this free trial run of communist style government intervention is going to cause a massive political paradigm shift in not only US politics but most western countries.

One of the ladies that runs the gun range I go to be a blue dog democrat until the last decade or so when she realized that People like Biden and Obama were in the same club as Bush & Gingritch. Conservatives already look like they are dropping the republican pill. Now if only we can get people to realize that from the beginning of time the government itself was always a wall to protect the aristocrats, not the poor working peon. This was always and will be the case no matter name the system takes or what it promises. Maybe we'll wake up and have our own metaphorical (NOT LITERAL!) Brexit instead of placing our hopes in another Regan or Trump. Such people are only single men and can only do so much to fight our battles on our behalf. We need to limit our dependence on federal (or any government as much as possible.)
