No, you misunderstand. Biden, the democrats, and many of the Republican leaders have been completely in the pocket of China for years. All the moves weakening our position on China are completely intentional. They know exactly what they're doing.

On the plus side if war is ever declared on China we can charge a whole lot of people with treason. The only reason we can't now is China isn't officially a enemy even though they absolutely are.

His family has better chances than he does, because the Russians will be gunning for him personally(his family would be collateral damage). But right now, I'd say that while it's more likely(assuming the Russians get their desired ending - the Ukrainian forces are fighting harder and better than I expected) that Zelensky dies, it's just slightly so.
