Look, we get it; you're a troll. Your shtick is overplayed at this point; the only people who still take you seriously are those who haven't been paying attention. I think it's time for you to move on.
I do what I like. These propagandists are destabilizing our institutions for future primary ads. This shit shouldn't be tolerated, it will lead to violence.

The Boot is going to step in here before things get to the 'reporting everybody' phase. Disagreement is not trolling. Not accepting the others premise is not trolling. The Boot is seeing both sides of the debate using salty language and hard words, but neither side is trolling or in violation of the rules at this point. While the Boot would prefer it if both sides were to be more focused on debating the issues rather than the man, the Boot would like to commend everybody for not actually breaking any of Rule 2... quite yet. Don't make the Boot have to come in here to step on people, on either side of the argument.

I agree, mostly; we just don't see eye to eye on who those propagandists are. It's the Democrats, not the Republicans, who are to blame for the current state of political discourse; which is not to say I'm a fan of ether party. I never have been, in fact; and I fully expect to be fighting the Republicans with equal ferver when societal power cycles back fully into their hands.

In the end though, I don't care that you disagree with me or anyone else; what I care about is the fact that you've never contributed anything to the conversation, whatever it might be, anywhere on this forum that I've seen. You can do what you like all you want; but don't expect me to regard your opinions with any respect, when you show absolutely none for those of anyone else.

Keep it 100, most of your conversations are boring circle jerks. I'm curious why you think Republicans, the party in control of all three branches of government, most state legislatures, most rich people and most of the military industrial complex don't wield societal power, but I think i'm tapping into a persecution complex here. I still remember the Monica Lewinsky scandal, this is all just right wing hypocritical gas lighting.

I said societal power, not political or economic. The Democrats are in control of the Mainstream News Media, Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and most major cities. Also, for the record; I'm not a Republican. Although thank you for admitting that you don't respect anyone opinions but your own; makes it a lot easier to denounce you when you're not even pretending to be reasonable. I apologize for calling you a troll, because you're actually something far, far worse; a bigot.

First off, this isn't Civ and you're not the pope i don't care about you "denouncing" me in your secret chats. Secondly, Silicon Valley is pretty broey, most cities are centered around giant skyscrapers named after banks and most old people who watch the news watch Fox and other Murdoch garbage, thus also making it mainstream. Enjoy thinking the world's out to get you because some people want equal rights via equal chances and equal opportunities

Guilt by Association is really all you have, isn't it? You don't care that I've argued in favor of various left-wing policies on this forum; I'm right-wing because I disagree with you, and that's all you need to tell yourself that everything I have to say is worthless. You are an intolerant, disingenuous, hateful excuse for a human being; and I refuse to debase myself by showing you even the most basic courtesy of acknowledging your existence anymore. Good day sir!

Have I not told you before that arguing with SJW's is pointless?

You are nazi, Pol Pot, Crusaders, etc for daring to not submit. All you will get from them is name calling and insults.

Your time is better spent on spending time with your family or reading or playing videos games or anything then bother talking to SJW's.

Nowadays i mostly lurk, to be honest this is the first time i think ive ever argued with you, and im going simply off of the squirtle avatar. As for guilt by association or whatever, i'm just going off of you being suckered into conspiracies about east coast elites and Bill O'Reilly culture war bunk from 2003, ie the period in which Bush was at the height of his power and wall street was at the height of their hubris.

Wanking yourself off in public is unseemly, sir.

Just another, seeking.
>The weapon was a cane, not a club.
>The victim was a senator, not a house rep.

All true.

>The attacker was a Democrat, the victim a Republican.

Technically true, but factually false when considering party ideologies. Remember, the parties switched places. Northern Republicans would have been moderate Democrats today, while the average Democrat would have been the average Republican with the Slave Owners being extremists who would try to attach to the Republicans. Try. Unsuccessfully.

Charles Sumner (A Republican from Massachusetts) was canned by Preston Brooks (A Democrat from South Carolina) over a speech Charles gave condemning slavery.

It was, by today's standards, a Democrat being beaten by an extremist who would have been universally rejected.

As a result, the accusation falls flat.

The parties didn't switch places. Republicans never had a history of endorsing chattel slavery. Everything else is just opinionated babble. You can't be "technically" correct when the facts are literally not in alignment with what your saying.

A pro slavery Democrat caned a Republican.

That is the fact. Trying to state Modern Republicans are technically factually the current pro- chattel slavery party has no bearing on reality.

Unless your HistoryMINOR and wanna allude to Obama caging kids with teflon blankies and working for Amazon at ten dollars an hour is "technically factually' chattel slavery. Or maybe AOC/Carlos Maza style association of Tucker Carlson with White Nationalism.

*waits for derailment into Southern Strategy arguments* Everyone get your talking points ready!

Oh look doing the HistoryMINOR thing of preempting imaginary arguments is do easy. :)

Uh, dude, no. Even up to the civil rights movement, 200 years after the civil war, democrats were still the party of racism and division. The republicans have been consistently pro-civil liberty and still are today! Look at modern democrats pushing for the freedom of speech to be even more restricted than it already is FFS.

Hell, what party today is actually allowing places to reinstate segregation? Advertising such? The democrats.

They control the house, the largest companies in all of America support the democrats overwhelmingly, and overall, once you remove political self funders, the democrats have more wealthy people and more of the wealthiest areas support and funding.

Forgot about the last election, sorry. They still control the Senate, the courts, the white house, the CIA, the FBI, the police, wall street, state legislatures, they get way more bribes from businesses (corporations are people too and citizens united were right wing causes) the military is right wing, there is a whole parallel structure of shitty right wing radio, "Christian" scare mongering media, corrupt churches with pastors who own their own yachts, the vestiges of cold war propaganda that still occasionally pumps out shit like zero dark thirty, Fox News and YouTube clickbait. Also I don't know who told you that most rich people are Dems, you pay too much attention to athletes and celebs. Remember that companies are interested in money, not ideals. Slapping a rainbow design on credit cards and handing Pepsi to riot police is just a marketing strategy. Look into who they donate too more. (They donate to Dems as well because most politicians are corporatists sure, but Republicans get more and are more open about their alliegance to the rich)

200 years after the civil war,
Your date is wrong, but everything else is correct. Civil rights legislation could not have been passed without Republican support, despite the fact that the Democrats owned congress lock, stock, and barrel at the time. For that matter, the south went Republican after Civil Right was passed because poor white southerners could actually vote ... and most of them were Republican.

What has changed places is where the rich people are in this country. The vast majority of them are Democrats. Democrat party candidates for office at the national level get much of their donations from large corporations. The lions share of republican donations, however, come from small single person donations.

The Democrat party just owns the media, so they had an overwhelming propaganda advantage until Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and the blogosphere.

Which neatly explains why they hate conservative media so much. They no longer have an unquestioned monopoly on the news.

Studies I just posted. The elite centers of wealth overwhelmingly support the Democrats.

Remember that companies are interested in money, not ideals.
Really? So it should be concerning to you that the 5 biggest companies alive today, each on their own outmassing all of the American oil and gas industry combined, support the Democrats overwhelmingly?

Look into who they donate too more. (They donate to Dems as well because most politicians are corporatists sure, but Republicans get more and are more open about their alliegance to the rich)
Bruh, I just showed you a study saying otherwise.

the CIA, the FBI, the police, wall street, state legislatures,
1 and 2 they definitely dont, 3, 4, and 5 are split.
