Breaking News Speaker of the House vote: McCarthy voted down 14 times, wins on 15th

the media has lied to us a lot, now there is a scandal that happens to be in their favor yeah I don't belive it on principle.

They tried this with Roy Moore and it ended with him correcting the FBI on their handwriting experts and trolling people in press conferences and doubling down on his rhetoric about how '"everyone who supports the gay illuminati and their wars will burn in hell" so.

As someone who once lived in Alabama I can say both Roy Moore and the illuminate will both likely burn in hell when their judgment is through.

At this point it's all up to what can actually get passed in both houses that Biden will sign. The good part is that the Ds don't control all 3 branches now.

Not entirely. But, as Mitch McConnell demonstrated with the spending bill; so long as there's enough RINOs to make up the difference when it counts, they don't necessarily need to in order get what they want pushed through.

In a weird sense, this actually makes the GOP only getting a slim majority in the house a good thing. It limits the RINO power by ensuring that the freedom caucus has enough votes to block anything they say no to. They demonstrated that they're willing to fight with the speaker nomination, too.

I was a little deflated when I saw the red wave turn into a red trickle...but this might work out.

That still doesn't help us if the RINOs decide to band together with the Democrats to push things through that benefit the establishment as a whole.

Eyepatch McCain denied the Homeland Security Gavel; that is very, very nice to hear.

Edit: Also, looks like the IRS might be on the chopping block; kinda doubt it'll get axed though. Seem more a performative issue for the GOP primary elections.
