Turkish-backed attack on Armenia by Azerbaijan with formal declaration of War

Good ol' Armenian ingenuity! No details on it... like cost or performance or anything important like that, but it looks cool at this juncture. Plus it is impressive for a small country to actually copy a weapon system (AFAIK) like this in such a short period of time. An earlier post in the thread has a brief clip of it flying by...

That is how new wars would looks like.Lots and lots of cheap drones made from materials making them partially stealth - hard to detect, and when detected cost of missile or ammo used to take it down would be few times bigger then destroyed drone.

It would have sense to have planes, helicopters or tanks anymore ?

Human Rights Watch issued a report on the apparent widespread and rampant abuse of Armenian prisoners of war and detainees by Azeri forces. Along with evidence of abuse of Armenian prisoners, it's suspected Azerbaijan is still holding dozens of Armenians prisoner despite them stating the 69 prisoners they had already released are all of the prisoners they had in custody... excluding some sixty Armenians they are currently holding for 'terrorism' related charges.

Armenian authorities have asked the European Court of Human Rights to intervene on behalf of 240 military prisoners and civilian detainees believed to still be held by Azeri authorities, with 90% of the cases apparently having some supporting evidence of them being captured by Azerbaijan.

I'm saying it is a war museum
That's actually significantly different from how you said it the first time. It might be what you meant, but I think it's a general trend that your posts could be improved if you took some time to think about what you're actually saying and how someone else might read them.

It's a War Museum, though clearly more self masturbatory then an Imperial War or Smithsonian style War Museum. From the article it does seem weirdly loot obsessed with the shield made of license plates from civilian vehicles they captured among other eyeroll inducing things. Or those walls of helmets. I'm sure there's other cringey shit as well. Plus calling it "War Trophy Park" along with the rest of it certainly is a bit off.

But displaying captured vehicles and other ordinance is meh to me (beyond the fact the wrong side won the War of course ;)).

Wasn't bothered by Zach's explanation either. Seemed obvious he was talking about war museums as opposed to endorsing the North Korean regime. :LOL:Sure he could've compared it to some other country but that's more on overly sensitive people and less on him.

Eh, I never thought @Zachowon of all people was promoting NK, and I certainly wasn't "bothered" by it either. I just think it's incredibly stupid phrasing. It's exactly the same as saying: ""Why is state operated media a bad thing? It happens all the time, even the Nazis did it!" Like, the ideas and facts expressed aren't wrong, and I don't even necessarily disagree with the implicit conclusion, but it's still stupid. The fact that NK did a thing is never a positive argument for a thing. When almost literally any other country on Earth could have been used as a far better example it suggests that less thought and effort went into it than would be desirable.

I just remeber seeing a video of nK having destroyed American Chaffees and it reminded me of that

Bruh have you not seen Zach's posts before? They're all borderline illegible. No fucks given. Shooting from the hip. If your having difficulty, just read his posts in Joe Biden's voice and you'll be okay. (y)

Yes it appears that two days ago an Armenian soldier was killed in a clash and a few others wounded. Then the next day the Azeris shut off natural gas to the entire Artsakh area still occupied by like a hundred thousand Armenians and aren't allowing workers to investigate said pipeline.

Also for the first time since the War the Azeris are apparently using heavier weapons in sporadic shelling via 60mm mortars. They also criticized the Russians for referring to the region as Nagorno-Karabakh instead of just Karabakh and state such language could harm Azeri-Russian relations and escalate tensions.

Still pretty low level ATM thankfully.

Azeri forces apparently advanced and took over a small town, Farukh, without a shot being fired despite Armenian defenses being located in the area. The village itself was evacuated.

Apparently the Azeri forces have continued to deny natural gas to the Artsakh region despite it being Winter and rather cold in that area.
