Reassure your family that that's quite literally impossible...
Because the simple fact is you don't get side effects occurring that long after exposure with vaccines.

Being a joke implies that there's anything funny about them; the Nobel prizes don't even rise to that level of significance. They're just another way for the global elites to stroke each other's egos, and nobody with even an ounce of self-respect should ever want one.
I'm pretty sure that is unconstitutional.
