That is blatantly unconstitutional. Any judge worth his salt would find that it violates the 14th Amendment, "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
I'm surprised that there hasn't been an injunction against this yet. Where are the Hawaiian judges at?

I'm referring to the 14th Amendment, mostly. That Amendment was written after the Civil War to give newly freed slaves freedom and equality under the law.
This is bullshit. COVID-19 disproportionately affects black people. They're the ones who need masks the most.
