To prevent a Ukrainian offensive or at least allow for more time for thier troops to have to have difficulty maneuvering in a southern flank. Allowing Russian troops to be repositioned where needed from that flank.

Actually no, it was from pro Russians trying to get money to send supplies to Russians in combat. Was posted a few page or two ago about it. Was Russians saying it themselves. Not westerners or anything.

The evidence for this has been not from us, at least not the stuff I have seen, but Ukraone and Russia themselves

Most of your so called evidence has been shown ad nauseam to convince this was Russia's fault when the only country who has been blowing up dams anyway with civilian losses has been the US in Syria. I have see no point why to believe your side since it has made no sense for the Russians to sabotage themselves.

Trying to equate $55 Billion for all of Africa (population 1.3 billion in 54 countries) as vs $15 billion for what is a 100% subsidy for JUST ONE PART of Ukraine's government over two years (i.e. it doesn't include all the rest of the money and stuff we're committing) is... well... quite the argument you're trying to make there Marduk.

Paying all Ukrainian government workers for two years by Google+Visa spyware is not foreign aid... it's a Kremlin acid trip conspiracy theory if it wasn't just casually admitted to as genuine by Samantha Power.

And that 55 billion of course is not all the aid that USA will give to Africa over these 3 years, i can assure you.
Of course it's not for all the population, it's for specific programs most of which are probably rainbow and green. And the point about the effect expected still stands.
And yet again i ask - can you point me to all these tactical fiscal conservatives who have a problem with Ukraine aid giving equal or greater outrage to this and other, some much costlier outright leftist programs?
