Personal experience with cancer is that if it spreads that fast (weeks to spread from one organ to another), it's only a matter of time. The guy's likely only got a few months at the most.
It sounds like Vax-induced hyper-cancer. I've seen more than a few 30, and 40 year-olds suddenly develop severe cancer and die within months.
Sec-Def's much older though so it may just be that his cancer was spreading before they went after it.

1. it was literally wartime propaganda
2. the only witness was vague about who said it
3. the dates given would have put her at age 6 or 7. while he claimed she was an adult queen.
4. the quote included a mistranslation. it said she said "let them eat brioche". which is bread that contains butter and egg. basically french version of the challah bread. It is not a cake.

Still, the quote is her being virtuous and it is always used to try and paint the opposite.
There's the historical, accurate context and then there's the colloquial, cultural context (which is incorrect but what people believe it to be).
If you said this quote, people would think it was about, well, out of touch nobles/royalty. That's what matters. shrug
