So now people here are getting hit for saying Trump should use his powers under the Insurrection Act to deal with the Dems and thier election fraud attempts that are being aided and abetted by the Deep State and people when have taken Dominion/Soros/CCP money.
This, despite the continued soft-coup attempts against Trump these last 4 years, and despite the fact that mass election fraud/irregularities aided by foreign powers and rogue elements in our own government very much qualifies for bringing down the hammer of the Insurrection Act to clean house.
If Biden is able to cheat his way in, the Republic is dead. Those more worried about thier Fed jobs and Hatch Act issues, than about the massive and blatant elections fraud that has happened, are aiding in killing it.

If the courts, including the supreme court should it come to that, will not find Trump's fraud allegations convincing, then their decision should be respected. It will not give Trump any more legitimacy, and will definitely not help heal America, if Trump launches a coup that is going to be blatantly illegal, both literally and in the eyes of most people except for a handful of his staunchest supporters. You want to prevent the destruction of the Republic by destroying the Republic!
Invoking the Insurrection Act when you have an active insurrection going on is perfectly legal.
I'm not saying this shouldn't go to SCOTUS. I am saying that to ensure chain of custody and the integrity of the evidence the of the election fraud against tamper or destruction, the Insurrection Act should be invoked and the military should step in to protect the integrity of the evidence and root out how deep the plot goes.
We already know Dominion is tied to Venezuela/Maduro, and we know certain politicians have taken kickbacks from them in order to get those machines used in thier state. That is foreign interference in our elections that is way more solid than the Russia Hoax they used against Trump, and we already have reports of people trying to destroy evidence.
There are many legal ways for Trump to win, and using the Insurrection Act to ensure chain of custody and to arrest people for criminal acts done for foreign actors falls under that.

And Trump has already said he'll abide by the Electoral College's vote. If he doesn't then he loses legitimacy.
