Yes, and if I were an utter "cuntwaffle" (as I have heard some put it), I would want people to correct me or even give me my negative due- hopefully both in measure. I want to be a good person and hold myself to the same standards I hold others- or I try, I think better than most others.

Not really, for all Hate Crime law's are a bit nebulas in how they can be used, they are very clear that, outside of some hard exceptions, the act has to be a violent one against a person.
The closest exception would be the Church Arson Prevention Act, but that's very specific in that it only covers religious property. Which a BLM flag isn't.

if a race war does happen, it won't have anything to do with some sort of racial inferiority or biology reason but due to a bunch of spoiled brats who think they know better than their ancestors who sought to work and change the system from within, and a bunch of bad actors that are going to take advantage of said spoiled brats.

Blacks, whites, Latinios, Asians, were all getting fucked over by the same people. Its a multi racial group fucking over another multi racial group, and people will figure it out eventally.
