Thats how the law SHOULD work.If they do this, I say we run with the precedent set and impeach all those Democrats who were cheer-leading the violence this spring and summer.
Surprised they haven't dug up NixonAt least they are not digging up corpses to put them on trial yet.
Trump seemed to hire the worst lawyer, so that's a lot of help. \sarcasm
Here's Crowder ripping him a new one:
Honestly, if Trump loses, he deserves it for that lawyer. That lawyer is so terrible, I watched Crowder's take last night. Funny shit
Yeah this is pure undeluted spite, its also a first Grachi brother situation where all your doing is pissing people off and creating a martyr.
Looking at history the democrats/Optimates will go mad with power and cancell people 300 of the orginal Grachi's followers were killed I'd be very suprised if Antifa/BLM havent killed an equivelent number of people. So dispite all of their efforts smart money is in 10 or so years we get another populist and a stronger and more pissed off populist movement.
This has all happened before in numerous countries and cultures and as some one who studied history its depressing how little people learn from it.
The Votes to impeach just aren't there. And the fact that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court isn't conducting this is pretty damning in and of itself. But the Democrats aren't waiting for the outcome of this impeachment to play out. They're already playing another card.
But we also have those democrats that are also these same ex military. Like that dem congresscritter who was a Ranger. This is dangerous for Democrats. There are enough pissed off Trump Supporters. Some of them Former Green Berets and Navy Seals who might just go fuck it and do something unfortunate to some of those Democrats. I mean in there are a lot of really really pissed people out there that know how to kill.
He may have been the only lawyer he could get; considering how rigged the system is, the whole thing is probably a show trial with the result already decided. Considering that, most lawyers probably just don't want to commit career suicide in defending such an obvious pariah, especially when there's no chance of winning.Honestly, if Trump loses, he deserves it for that lawyer.
Looking at history.....
If the second populist leader fails we get even more repression which just pisses off more people as the optimates/democrats pretty much break the rules and use the consitution as toylet paper. At this point people stop giving a fuck about what the media says and Optimate violence is met with Populares violence, you politics of vengence.
Next comes civil war.
and its a blood soaked mess, if the populares canadate wins it you have a 10% chance of turning the ship around and a 90% chance that in trying to fix the mess it only ensures the end of the republic. If the optimates canadate wins you get a 100% chance that the republic dies.
This leads of course to more civil war because you've just destroyed a host of norms and havent solved the underlining issues.
Then you get your transition tyrant.
If your lucky you get a ceasar who tries to be gentle and gets murdered because he didn't kill all the back stabbers. If your not lucky you get some one akin to the first emperor of china For us said person would be like the unholy mixture of hitler and Stalin. After he dies the regieme is so unpopular that it has no legitimacy so more civil war.
This continues until the most regressive traditionalist takes power and looks back around 300 years into the past and establishes a new regieme built upon tradition.
For the west we got ceasar who was followed by agustus, rome got lucky.
For China they got the Qin who were replaced by the Han.
Looking at the dates this is going to be roughly and 80 process where shit will suck.
No, there's plenty of decent republican lawyers. Trump has had a shitty taste in lawyers since Giuliani, followed by the Kraken crazies, then this. You don't seem to see any flaws in Trump, just as others only see flaws in him. Both are bad.He may have been the only lawyer he could get; considering how rigged the system is, the whole thing is probably a show trial with the result already decided. Did you miss all my criticisms of him? Particularly his seeming inability to pick the right people for the job? That probably also plays a part here as well; but even the decent republican lawyers likely understand that their own party is trying to destroy Trump right now, so being seen helping him might be detrimental to their careers. No, there's plenty of decent republican lawyers. No, there are good pro-trump lawyers even. If this is what he choose to represent him, he deserves everything he get.Did you miss all my criticisms of him?
