It's simply not true we are on the way to an inevitable civil war.
And no, Rusty (now @Free-Stater 101) just likes changing his name. This is very similar to his first name on this site. Personally, I was disapointed to learn he wasn't moving to NH to join the free state project, taking over NH government in order to leave everyone alone.
Finally, the issue with Trump is two-fold: 1) he wasn't able to get rid of the establishment and put the establishment in charge and his policies were pretty similar to establishment republican ones, and 2) he now can't even win.

I think at this point, regardless of your specific reasonings for not wanting to support him, there are enough of them to go around that most of us can agree that Trump has become more a hindrance to us getting a decent candidate, than one himself.

Well, more to the point, Democrats have to defend three highly vulnerable seats in addition to perhaps half a dozen more contestable ones, while Republicans don't have any territory less friendly than Texas/Florida.
Isn't the trial, and the evidence presented therein, a matter of public record?
