Law suit? Tell it to the Honorable Judge Rosenblatt when he dismisses the case for "lack of standing". The expectation that leftist wrongdoing like this will be remedied through the courts is pure cope.
They aren't stupid, they know how things work. In the improbable circumstance that they get an unfavorable ruling on the first rung, wealth will flow into lawyers pockets to drag the whole thing out for a decade or two, make sure that no matter what happens, nobody feels like they got justice ... so everyone else learns better than to try to get justice from courts.
Even after two decades of favorable rulings it wouldn't matter, because the individuals who used the corporation to achieve their goals would long since have moved on to the next tool.
