United States Biden administration policies and actions - megathread

this shit is honestly small potatoes compared to the other shit he's done to destroy american's first amendment rights if this is what takes him down I will be legit surprised.
Only 7 days till Kamala is eligible to run twice on her own, and get 2 years of Biden's term for 10 potential years in the Oval.

They may be going to cast Biden aside over this, and as it happened before he was associated with Kamala, it does not hurt her image directly.

The Dems are playing the long game, and potentially having 10 years of the same Dem POTUS, and the First Female POTUS as well, is a very tempting target for the Dems to pursue.

They've shown they can effectively rig the game to the degree needed to cement effective control in pretty much all but solid and deep red areas, and Texas is looking bluer than many like.

Kamala is the worst possible candidate they could choose.
You forget that John Bolton, the Walrus of Doom himself, has said on the BBC he is looking for the GOP nomination for 2024.

We may see a Harris vs Bolton campaign in 2024.

DeSantis is likely to hold off till 2028, and I don't see anyone but Bolton in regards to 2024 (no, Trump isn't realistic and frankly shouldn't run).

Well, Nixon’s career got totaled by Watergate, despite him also having gotten away with far worse throughout his years as a politician. For starters, sabotaging the Paris Peace Talks when he was running in ’68 to sabotage Hubert Humphrey’s campaign, which — unlike Watergate — got scores of young Americans and Vietnamese people killed whose lives a peace deal might’ve saved.

Me if that happens:

Not to mention his efforts to use the drug war to destroy the black community, and everyone speaking out against the Vietnam war.

if the GOP is a trump v Bolton that is an easy call to make. I think Pence was trying to drum up support to little effect too.
