Not sure if this is covered under Biden policy, but his administration is withdrawing from Iraq. My guess is Syria is next because the Iraq bases are pretty much required to keep the Syrian ones supplied.
Russia really can't keep Syria supplied and the Assad government is going to be incredibly fragile for awhile so in that respect its pretty much a finished opt.

I always though those southern Syria bases were to block Iran and act as a missile sponge for Israel. Little to do with Russia.

Wasn't Syria about them blocking a new oil pipeline to Europe to benefit their Russian ally. So their country developed a severe case of instability and civil war thanks to Obama?

I read that he is asking for his son that died 9 years ago, and asking if he is still the vice president. and confused on the year. having been heard saying it is currently 2008 and 2013.

Biden is a cunt and a pedophile, but seeing this happening to anybody is just... sad. Dementia truly is a terrible fucking condition. It literally destroys a person.
Even as much as I hate him, it makes me more sad than anything, having watched family go through dementia.
While not exactly dementia, when my mother's brain tumour had advanced and spread everywhere, she acted a lot like a dementia patient; in the last few weeks, she was basically a walking zombie. Near the end, I remember one night she just sat there staring vacantly at the television all night, until I pushed her back into a reclining position and told her to go to sleep.
Fucking hell, this hurts just remembering this; yet, dementia patients' families live with this shit every day.

Hope to god I never have to go thorough that; it's hard enough dealing with my parents' current health issues, like my dad's Parkinson's.
I feel horror and sympathy for the effect is has on a person and their family, even if the person it's afflicting is someone like Biden.
If Biden dropped dead tomorrow from a heart attack or from being hit by a bus or something, I and many others certainly wouldn't bat an eye; however, basically mentally rotting alive... no. Just no.
I feel empathy for what it does to a person.
I'm not religious, but I pray you'll never have to. It's... really fucking terrible. That's all I'll say on the matter.

I would not. Your empathy is an essential part of what makes us better leaders and people in general.

There is no point is spite. Even when a criminal is so irredeemable, or an enemy so unrelenting, that killing him is the only option-- excessive cruelty should still be avoided. I don't wish that Biden suffers, only that he and his ilk are removed from power and (ideally) that they are duly punished for any crimes committed. Due punishment, by definition, is not "cruel and unusual".
Of course, I note here that Biden is a self-professed "Catholic" who actively supports mass infanticide. If anything, we should pray for him. If he shuffles off this mortal coil, unrepentant, with that on his shoulders... the justice that awaits him will be far more complete than anything that could ever be achieved by human hands.

On the one hand, I have my own feelings about Biden and his ilk (including his deadbeat son) that are pretty visceral and I won't discuss here.
On the other hand, while I have made some humor at Biden's expense, dementia is nothing to laugh about. @Jormungandr and @Rocinante are correct, it's not something you want to wish on anyone and damn hard to even watch. Saw it firsthand when I worked/visited in several extended care homes. Death in itself, unfortunately is almost a mercy at that point.
