AZ has no court case active atm. GA, Trump wants an audit of the signatures, that is impossible since the votes have already been separated from the envelopes. No Trump lawsuit. WI is in recount, no court case here either. NV has a court case from the 19th, but no movement on it so far. I was expecting ball busting biblical lawsuits to reign down. They have until the end of this week if they plan to get them in front of SCOTUS.

It would be difficult for Trump to go after and implicate Republicans in any lawsuits. Powell has said that the fraud she is alleging has crossed party lines.

The real goal was undermine confidence in the system to a degree that the electors would be chosen by (Republican) state legislatures, or get the whole thing invalidated and punted to the House.

Actually she can't. That isn't how lawsuits work. She can have all the evidence in the world, and then swear out criminal complaints against people in the appropriate jurisdictions. But that will in no way actually effect the election results. And unless she's been very careful with chain of custody, they are probably going to have to do their own investigation anyway.

But actual election and civil suits? No, she need people who can demonstrate deliberate harm by having their ballot switched. And the size of the remedy would have to correspond to the size of the harm, so you'd need a significant percentage of those effected to sign up to what is effectively a class action.

And do all of that in less than three weeks.

I think there is just going to be too many threats going around and media induced peer pressure for the correct people to rule in Trump's favor, regardless of any and all cheating. This is just a continuation of what has being going on the last several years with all the deplatforming and doxxing. You can't win anymore because they own everything or just threaten until you cave. I think were done as a country, not over night of course but this is was the moment where it became terminal. Trump was a fluke, he dared to win over their hegemony they had going the last time and genuinely caught them by surprise. It will never happen again.

The left is also willing to persue their agendas and attacks on the merest of scraps of real or manufactured evidence (all attacks on Trump and Kavenaugh and others) but the right and moderates are unwilling to take any action on anything but the most ironclad of evidence which makes it easy for the left to tamper or alter anything every so slightly so that way it can't be acted on.

I am not sure how people are imagining the ruling will go if when it gets to Scotus but I have dread of the supposed any or all of the 3 on Trump's side recusing themselves out of a misplaced sense of "justice" and "fairplay", let alone the other 2 that are supposed to side with him.

Also I have just seen people in authority caving in to threats for the longest time now, I have no reason to expect it will be different here.

Beyond that, getting the Scorus to effectively set aside the election is going to require an incredibly high bar. No matter how favorable you think they are. And that bar will have to be effectively cleared from the first trial, as you generally don't get to introduce new evidence on any appeal.

Its also part of why not sharing the evidence makes no sense to me. As you can't suprised your opposition with evidence or witnesses. The discovery process and public filing will insure both are on the record and freely available.

That isn't how court works. It isn't some anime where you save your best attack for the last five minutes. Trump's lawyers had the opportunity to present evidence and they didn't have anything relevant. Powell is a grifter feeding on Trump supporters desperation for attention (and I am sure eventually she'll be hawking a book or asking for donations.)

The reason to disbar Trump's lawyers is that the cases they are bringing to court are utterly without merit, violate legal ethics, and exist solely to attempt to undermine the election. That is plenty of reason they shouldn't see the inside of a courtroom again until they are defendants.
