Some are, the military usually got much sterdier large-area formwork, those apartment buildings are legendarily resilient, but most plebs got plattenbau apartments in blocks of 7 -10 floors at most.
And they are much more resiliant than most American homes ...

Plastic siding, a 5/8" sheet of plywood, 4" (100mm) fiberglass insulation, 5/8" of drywall, and some paint ain't stopping either a bullet or a tornado.

M14's in the Ukraine and not those fancy sniper modded ones Special Forces use either.

Ukrainians reportedly blocking portions of the Russian-Polish border to hinder Russian trucks attempting to enter the EU.

There's also media coming out of Ossetia and Abkhazia these past few days of Russians potentially redeploying forces elsewhere, such as Ukraine.

French MoD put out their own map of what they think the current situation is.

Belarussian railway workers don't seem to want their country helping Russia's war, if they will sabotage their own railways to keep them from being used.

From what I remember of my French (I rarely speak it, there only 5 people I care about that speak it) it's seems that situation is slightly improving for the Russians.

  1. the Kiev siege/encirclement seems to be only slightly relieved.
  2. Russians continuing to try to encircle along with bombardment
  3. Potential convergence point of the RAF
  4. Mariupol APPARENTLY the combatants (Ukranians or Russians can't tell) are close to the city center
  5. Russians keep bombing Mykolaiv
A lot of this seems to confirm to me that the situation is completely opposite as it is described by mainstream media in Italy.

On the railway I can't comment because I no knowledge of trains, Belarus or Ukrainian railways.

According to ASB the weapons in there were worth 400 million.Somebody posted a link to their Gab page earlier.

Good news for the Russians then.

The only way that would be plausible was if every corrupt official used the occasion to write off the stuff they sold on the black market since the 2015.
Well, everybody is going nuts sending the Ukrainians equipment.

In 2002, a single Javelin command launch unit cost $126,000, and each missile cost around $78,000 (equivalent to $111,000 in 2019). This is reinforced by the US Army's Fiscal Year 2018 unit cost for the Javelin weapon system, which put the unit cost at $206,705.
Let us assume that each Javelin unit has 5 rockets, that makes the whole "ensemble" worth 501000, of course, those are 2019 prices and there is a cost to shipping them, so let us add 20% inflation, so we get 601200.So 400 million would net you a nice set of 665 javelins.
IMHO it might have been 40 million, or there was other stuff in the warehouse, like drones and such.
Bairaktars are pricey btw:
Ukrspetsproject, part of Ukroboronprom, on the purchase of 12 TB2 and 3 ground control stations worth US$69 million for the Ukrainian army

This was an underground warehouse, and with lots of weapons pouring into Ukraine, including much more expensive Western drones, well, who knows.
But yeah, it is plausible that some of the kit in the warehouse actually "fell of a truck" then got into Yemen...
