RON/PLC was a wonderful country.
The target is much further south of the city. Ironically, it is even farther from the border than Hrubieszów.

Yup, but still very close to border (purple line). English wiki no have map.
This being debris from an intercept near the border is possible.
Though Russia firing missiles at stuff that close to the Polish border, when they know the border is within the error margin of the strikes, is reckless in and of itself.
That's unfortunate collateral damage if true.

Ukraine has also placed an order to purchase 18 more HIMARS systems, on top of the twenty they already possess. They also announced yesterday a whole new production line for their munitions.

It apparently Struck a Russian Decoy. And the Russians reported on it as striking a Ukrainian Air Defense System.
