Putin made a public statement that Ukraine has specifically lost over 160 tanks during the CounterOffensive so far, while Russia has only lost 54 tanks. The latter number is interesting because OSINT has only documented about ten Russian tank losses in the counteroffensive so far. The fifty number might be more in line with what are assumed inflated or generous Ukrainian MoD 'estimations.'

TBF, Putin seems to be playing this up as the Battle of Kursk Redux, so 54 could well be a made up number to give weight to the made up number of Ukrainian tanks destroyed since saying something closer to the Oryx accounted for numbers is like 'we lost 5, they lost 15!' but makes it look like neither side is losing much of anything... which so far they aren't if Ukraine Reports' news of 'taking positions without a shot' is true.

Commentary on Remarks Putin Made about the Special Military Operation. Putin states there is no need for new mobilization at present or to send conscripts into the SMO, Ukraine has already lost upwards of 30% of the Western Equipment delivered to it including over 500+ armored vehicles in this counteroffensive, the Dam collapse was unfortunate because it stopped the Ukrainian counter-offensive in Kherson, if cross border incursions into Russia continue Russia may have to create a "sanitary" zone out of Ukrainian territory on the border and the goals of the SMO remain largely the same.

Potentially over a half dozen dolphins have been deployed to protect the harbor, mainly from divers who would somehow get past the five or so layers of nets, booms and barriers already deployed. This is in addition to the dedicated patrol vessels, helicopters, fast boats, specialized coastal guns, depth charge launchers, anti-ship missile batteries, Tor Air Defense systems, and nearby airbases. Be really embarrassing if something got through all of that.

Well, at least among all the war crimes, Russia did some service to Ukraine there.
Still, fact that Russia is still managing to strike cities shows either that a) Ukraine has limited SAM capability or b) missile defense intercept rate is much lower than the 90%+ that media have been touting recently in both Israel and Ukraine.
Yes and I also wonder if there's an issue of declining to intercept those older anti ship missiles since they do lack the accuracy for precision strikes with a target accuracy or CEP of over four hundred meters.

Not necessarily? If they've got a 90% intercept rate, then 1 in 10 would get through. Given that we're hearing about 3-5 sites being hit in a strike, and some may be multiple sites damaged by the same hit, and that Russia are known for lobbing dozens of missiles in a strike, there doesn't seem to be any definitive incongruity.
Obviously we don't hear anything (Or at least nothing reliable.) about strikes at military equipment not near civilian population, so if there is much targeted their way then the intercept rate there could marginalise that of known strikes to the point of meaningless, but that could mean higher or lower rate and we've got no way to know.
In short, saying that "Some missiles are getting through." invalidates "Most missiles are being stopped." is just nonsensical.
