Russian Invasion of Ukraine 2022

Trent Telenko thread, and it's a long one, on how the Russian Navy allegedly neglected damage control processes and preparations which helped lead to the sinking of the obsolete, expendable and easily replaceable flagship of the Black Seas Fleet, the guided Missile cruiser Moskva.

Russia's Uralvogonzavod Plant is reportedly shutting down production, supposedly due to either or both the lack of foreign imports and financial issues.

Wolverines, an infamous Partisan Battalion, has been leaving their trademark signature on destroyed and deserted Russian equipment.

Several Russian vehicles destroyed near Kherson where there is rumors of a larger planned Ukrainian counteroffensive.

Russians ambushed whilst using civilian vehicles for transportation.

Going Gulf of Tonkin without the might of the USSR? That's a recipe for disaster.
Putin is in a bit of a bind here:
- Ukraine didn't roll over and is holding out
- He needs to mobilize for Russia to win
- Mobilization will be very unpopular if he can't convince the Russian public that Ukraine is aggressor

Or, as I said before, the Russians are counting equipment that is mothballed/indefinitely down for repairs.

Looks like they had a pretty decent "heritage" from the fall of the USSR.

Russians claims were about loses of ukrainians army stuff, not mothballed or indefintely down. And,according to Kgbstan, they arleady destroyed about 100% of ukrainian army.
And,becouse they totally win, they widraw from Kiev region and declared taht they only want Donieck. When they fail that till their fake victory parade, they would declare they always wonted Marjunpol.
Considering, that airfield in Donieck was hold for 8 months in 2014,they would do so in 2023.

Interessting, with whom they are fighting,if they destroyed ukrainian army? yes,i forget, they fight evil spirits and cowardly bandits which arleady run.

P.S MOST IMPORTANT - HAPPY EASTER.Jesus lives, and love all of us.

Well, I can't reallu tell if they had 35 or close to 80 migs, were some undergoing repair or what?
In any case, if it is an aircraft and it is owned by the Ukrainian military it is a legitimate kill if it gets hit, IMHO.

It is next week for me, but HAPPY CATHOLIC EASTER TO YOU TOO!

Me and my young brother (family is important). I have already ordered from a well know and liked restaurant the roasted lamb with everything. Well, not everything - i get the wine from a better (and far cheaper) place. Restaurants are not the places you get your wine, after all - unless you want/like to be ripped.
Good day for all.

A looong thread debunking a claim made by the Russian Foreign Ministry in regards to showing a clip showing Ukrainian troops allegedly using a Red Cross ambulance as a military transport.

Accusations that Russia could be underreporting casualties to the point of not properly informing family members.

A 14th Convoy from Latvia loaded with humanitarian supplies in donated vehicles en route to Ukraine.

Russian troops using a fuel truck as a troop transport.

Danish and Belarusian volunteers in Ukraine showing off their kit including lots of Western kit.

An International Red Cross team has been freed after being 'detained' by Russian forces for trying to deliver Humanitarian supplies to Mariupol. They were stopped twelve miles away from the city.

There she is, not so wounded as we were led to believe

still sunk but whatever killed her didn't inflict the sort of catastrophic damage an ammo cook off would likely yield

Um... You know that ship has already sunk by something like 20 feat or more?

Commander of the Neptune attack on the Moskva got promoted to Rear-Admiral.

Seems like the Russian orruption meme has resulted in Ruskie's sending soldiers out with wood blocks that are supposed to be TNT and smoke bombs.

Translation from elsewhere, sourced to a Russian language link, about what happened on the Moskva:
>They tried to put out the fire on their own after the cruiser was hit by three Neptune missiles ( Kyiv says that only two missiles hit - Ed .).
>In the video published by the Russian Ministry of Defense, about 100-150 sailors stand in line in front of Admiral Evmenov.
>the conscripts from the personnel will be fired from May to July
>back in 2017, the Russian Ministry of Defense decided to abandon the use of conscripts on ships, leaving them only for logistical support, since “it will be problematic for a conscript who joined the army for only one year to cope with complex electronic systems

Also, good video by Covert Shores:

TL;DR: Has much less compartmentalization compared to US ships, far more issues with things like firefighting nozzle's being painted over and emergency equipment being locked away except during inspections and PR tours.

So if the people with the keys to the emergency equipment lockers were killed/their keys lost, it's possible the stuff needed to save the ship was not as accessible as it should be.

Also seeing rumors the ship was hit just below/around one of the CIWS systems, so it's ammo likely went up and is what started burning.

Also, notice the soot coming out of the few porthole's near the waterline, and the spots of fire still visible in the frame; it's possible that pic was from before a larger ammo explosion.

I just got done writing nine fucking pages about this sinking incident spelling out, in detail, the capabilities of the ship, the circumstances of the loss, and the consequences for the Russo-Ukrainian war and for the Russian Federation navy in general - only to have these goddamned images come out like twenty minutes before I post my documents up to docs and tumblr and hit up the forum to share 'em here, only to see images showing the Volna designator stowed in its aft position and the SA-N-4 launchers not even deployed, making half that analysis moot because the damned clowns apparently didn't even TRY to fire in their own defense.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
