Details on the ATACMS missiles that maybe sent to Ukraine in the near future. They will likely be the M57A1 Missiles (which deploy hundreds of bomblets) and manufactured over ten years ago. Expired but still serviceable and the US still has hundreds in its inventory (some of which were being refurbished and converted into M57E1 missiles).

Twitter Thread on Life in Occupied Mariupol. Pre-war population of 430,000+ and now currently approaching 90,000 only with 70% of them being elderly/pensioners. Additionally 40,000 Russians have been imported to Mariupol to work the port and construction jobs. About 100,000 new known graves populate the city as well. New residences are being built on the outskirts of Mariupol, facing potential axis of Ukrainian advance with the Eastern portions of Mariupol closer to Russia remaining rubble.

I mean, for US standards scrapped.
For Russian, brand new.
So Ukraine is getting stuff that will work
Enough to fight, not enough to win. But,considering that Ukraine after victory would probably attack Poland,i am fine with it.

With what manpower? If this continues for the 'usual' 4-6 years and the way it has been, Ukraine and Russia are both gonna be looking like Paraguay after the War of the Triple Alliance... even more than they do naturally...

Poland, meanwhile has basically transferred their old Warsaw Pact inheritance to Ukraine at premium prices and is buying up and/or licensing kit from South Korea among others, and unlike so much of the rest of NATO including the US which seems to be at the same stage of not building stuff as Russia wasn't prior to Feb 24th (or worse, clogging our industry with ships that are getting turned into aluminum foil 10 minutes after they're commissioned/decommissioned in the same ceremony), the Second Best Koreans are actually building stuff since their MIC never significantly demobilized or transitioned away from peer vs peer conflicts to fighting jihadis in an asymmetric war where artillery and heavy mechanized troops aren't ideal.

The village of Hrozka, population of about 300, was apparently struck by a Russian missile and killed at least fifty people including a six year old. A grocery store/cafe was struck. The number of dead may rise as the rubble is cleared.

It seems the cafe was a scene of a commemoration or public gathering for a member of the village who was killed in the invasion. Not sure if it was a service member or not but it seems like it might've been an intentional targeting.

Yesterday Russian media reported the deployment of Russia's new 2S40 Phlox 120mm Self Propelled Artillery Guns/Mortars. It's the cutting edge of Russian artillery technology, able to fire multiple forms of ammunition and supposedly operate as both an artillery gun and as a mortar and protected by a wheeled all terrain armored chassis.

The first one was also reportedly destroyed by a Ukrainian FPV drone the day after its deployment.

Also an article on the Naval War So Far between Ukraine and Russia, How Its Evolved and At Present and to not underestimate Russian capabilities in the Black Sea despite recent successes.
