Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Yes, but they can choose Trump electors.

More realistically, PA would just refuse to certify any electors and not send anyone to the EC this year. Keeping either candidate from 270 and tossing the election to the House where the Republicans have the advantage (vote by State Delegation) and let them give Trump the win.

Entirely constitutional and its less blatant than just ignoring the state vote entirely and sending the "losers" slate of electors.
I don’t know how I feel about this to be honest. On one hand the blatant disregard for the norms and court orders from the counting station makes me think that something fishy is going on.

On the other hand, this talk about not certifying the election and stuff reminds me of 4 years ago and the lefts attempt to induce faithless electors to vote for Clinton over Trump.

I am not saying what we are discussing is the wrong thing to do. Only that we need to tread carefully here.

Whatever course is taken, I want the honestly elected president to be sworn in.

Regardless of how it's accomplished.

That also means that if they do investigations and find that there wasn't enough fraud to tip the balance, it's time to accept Biden.

But is this massive fraud is proven, we need to use whatever mechanism is available to get Trump sworn in.

Oh, absolutely. This entire election is very much the shit show that it was predicted to be.

Refusing to certify the PA electors is only really an option if Trump succeeds in proving to the satisfaction of a majority of the US population that there was a systemic and coordinated attempt to steal the election for Biden.

If Trump can't prove that then there isn't the political cover needed for something like PA refusing to certify electors.

Best case is that the steal fails and Trump squeaks out a win from the ~120k ballots in PA left to be counted. He won't but that is the theoretical best case.

They were just so damn blatant about the fraud.

The deep blue cities pause their count, wait for the rest of the state to finish their counts so they know exactly how many votes they have to "find", votes get dropped off in the middle of the night, counting resumes but the gop observers aren't allowed back in.

And "miraculously" Biden gets enough votes to squeak by when Trump had a solid lead.

It's unbelievable. And it happened like that in several states...

It's absolutely blatant, especially when you frame it this way... but we need undeniable proof.

God damn is it frustrating.

We don't exactly know everything that Trump's campaign is privy to. But yeah, my feeling is that Trump's legal challenge will get slapped down, like every time Republicans go against Democrats. Republican supreme court or no.

Don't kid yourself, when 139k / 0 and similar that happened over the entire midwest isn't 'undeniable proof' then nothing is.

At this point there are three options, 1. roll over and hope they can't cheat in 2022/24 with shit like blatant fraud as in MI and WI to turning a blind eye to blatant fraud like PA (HAHA! and... most likely result...), 2. election of 1824 redux which would require not just agreement, but incredible courage and fortitude for a lot of people, 3. Cheat like they've been cheating us and basically either win through cheating or ruin the election so much the results get thrown out.

The Republicans have to know that if they do that their party might as well have shot itself in the head.

Being a 'graceful loser's will not protect anyone if the Dems are allowed to cheat thier way to victory here. They will keep doing it again and again, while pushing this country towards a one-party totalitarian state with all thier might. There will be no mercy for Trump supporters, they will come for us either via deplatforming from almost every aspect of life, 'Truth and Reconciliation Commissions', making us unemployable, or by letting BLM/Antifa harass/attack us while telling cops to stand down.

To expand on the above, being "graceful loser" is what got the Right in the position it is in. Left fights for its goals, not choosing tactics and approaches; anything goes. This means that the opposition has to be just as ruthless and vicious and focused on the offense as Left is, or Left will always keep winning. And this means going back, not to what situation is now but what it was 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 years ago. Most of all, we have to get rid of the idiotic Left-imposed cultural idea that everything new is automatically better, and also get the idea of Conservativism as a Right-wing ideology. It is not; Conservativism is by definition centrist, the true Right wing is Traditionalism. Introduction (progressivism) - maintenance (conservativism) - return (traditionalism).

I'd argue that they should only accept results of votes where voters were physically present at voting place. As for those who physically cannot... well, organize transportation, and/or open voting place where they are.

Mail-in ballots simply have too much potential for misuse.
So every military vote is now useless? Because that isn't possible for every Service member...
Shit like this is why I have no doubt the Left will go after Trump supporters any way they can.

There are a bunch of fucking Quislings in the GOP part of the Swamp and Federal agencies, who will care more about protecting thier own ass's than what will happen to the GOP base. Do not expect them to seriously hinder a Biden/Harris presidency.

This goes for this sites owner and the other Fed employees who are on Staff of this site as well. They will not do anything to meaningfully resist Biden, assuming they aren't purged from thier jobs for being part of this site or supporting Trump.
I mean I legally if I deem an order immoral, unlawful, illegal, or unconstitutional I can deny the order given to me.
Welp looks like I gave to deal with senate add here in GA till January. On the positive side I get to help keep the Senate Republican
The counties south of me were the issuethis time
If Trump somehow pulled through due to the courts and what not, which I seriously doubt, the Democrats and their allies wouldn’t merely riot, they’d conduct an open insurrection with the full backing of the intelligence agencies, media, civil service, and corporate world.

Trump would need Caesarian authority to crush them at that point.
They can't really do much to the person who can cut thier funding. Trump said he would fire the head of FBI and CIA should he be reelected
Slow your roll. It’s not productive to advocate illegal acts no matter how trivial.
[/QUOTE]

While I agree that we should refrain from illegal acts, or even advocating them, I think it's important to note that historically when vote fraud was discovered, Americans did exactly what he is talking about and more, and they won.

Of course 1946 isn't 2020, and I doubt any attempt to use force here is going to succeed.

Nice city, lived there a short time before joining the Army.
They take pride in thatbhistory

It also means accepting that many of the institutions they treasure are likely corrupted beyond repair if Biden wins, and that disbanding some agencies/groups and starting from scratch may be necessary. The GOP has to be willing to fight fire with fire, and actually do more than pay lip service to their goals and base.

Because otherwise shit like this will keep happening:

Edit: Also, we will see more of this:

So for those of you who the Dems will reign in the mob if Biden wins, you are damn fools.

Or organize voting at military bases. As in, physical voting place.
Not so easy. Bases are finicky things and it takes a lot to do activities. Let alome big ones.
Bases will need more money that a lot dont have.

We really do need to just do in person voting on one day. Make it a holiday so there's no other excuse. Voting must however be completed on one day in an open and honest way.

I... really don't see the point in telling people they're wrong when they think a Biden presidency isn't the end of the world? It doesn't change the bottom line that is Trump fighting this tooth and nail, it doesn't change the populist shift of the Conservative base. People all over are fighting this however they can.

Letting your base fear and panic overtake your mind isn't going to help.

Biden means amnesty, wars, universal CRT in everything and likely showtrials for trump officials and a mass crackdown on free speech.
