Actually it would be asking them to rule on the very real constitutional issue that was the core of their case.
Which is the Supreme Courts job.

The demand for relief is the part where you ask the court to do something. If you don't have a demand for relief, you don't have a case because you aren't asking the court to do anything.

At this point there must be secession. There is no point in maintaining the Union when one side is not held to the same laws as the other.
I would however implore my fellow conservatives to at least try to go for a peaceful split before going right to civil war. It might not work but it's at least worth a shot. The consequences of an actual civil war would be catastrophic.

Indeed. Trump and co have their own case they are still working on, as I understand it, so we'll have to wait and see there.
Besides, Civil War is a rather drastic course of action. Brother against brother, friend against friend, is a true horror of history. Little bit too much kinslaying for my taste.

The goal needs to be to completely and utterly dismantle the democrats abilty to cheat in future elections. They put everything they had into cheating this election and have lets face facts been sloppy and more and more of them are getting caught. Even if Biden takes this he's not coming in with legitimacy and still has to deal with a now envitable democrat civil war.
Victory would be nice but making this as much as a puric victory as possible is some thing very doable.
After all even now Biden is back stabbing the people like crazy so the democratic establishment is going to be facing a now enraged populist movement that now has a marytr and and the same crazies they unleashed upon us now after them.

No offense, but if the Supreme Court was willing to throw the Texas case out, I cannot be so sure that they won’t do the same for Trump.
What's the leftist narrative regarding the affidavits, the videos and the coordinated interstate nightly break and resumption of counting? The disappearance of Dominion officials from the internet, the ties with Venezuela? CNNs own reporting on how unsafe voting systems are 10 years ago? If there was no fraud, how do they explain all this?

If that doesn't work, it's time to start planning for 2022. Recent events have unveiled just how damn important local government is, (especially in terms of lockdown) and the Right has neglected it for far too long. If you want to quash fraud, you'd need to push through electoral reform there.
