Britain Has Almost Finished Training 9000 Ukrainian Troops and Will Be Sending Them Back to Ukraine Equipped with Large Amounts of Winter Military Kit. At least ten thousand more Ukrainian troops are apparently still training in Britain.



Russia Says They are Allowing Grain Convoys to Flow from Ukrainian Ports Abroad, merely a few days after Grain Convoys Did So In Spite of the implied Russian blockade.



Ukrainian Troops are Finishing up Training in Norway on NASAMS Air Defense Systems and Are Expected to Return to Ukraine sometime later this month.



Russians are Reportedly Establishing More Defenses at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. According to Bloomberg, the Russians have already caused over three quarters a billion dollars worth of damages at the facility.

Practical field testing of systems, increased funding for those systems, deeper ties with russia theoretically increasing the future threat to Israel, free advertising for their systems leading to greater sales and development. Just off the top of my head.

It's not free, that much is certain. What will Russia pay with? Certainly not oil, Iran has its own.
It's not some pocket change, Iran has better ways to get that.
The very fact that they deliver is a favor they are giving to Russia, and are paying for that with chances of extra sanctions and jeopardizing any future deals with US and EU, even with a democrat in office in USA.
The payment will be things Israel doesn't want Iran to have for certain.

The United States and Netherlands will each pay for modernizing 45 Tanks with new optics, comms gear and armor packages. Also includes refurbishing old HAWK Air Defense systems, over a thousand Switchblade drones, armored riverine boats, and 250 M1117 Armored Security Vehicles.

A Twenty three year old American Skyler James Gregg was also killed, reportedly fighting in Northeastern Ukraine. He was a machine gunner who joined up back in April. He survived being wounded back in June before another artillery strike apparently contributed to his death recently. Rest in peace.
