Ye Are Gods (Sign-up and OOC)

Mostly done, now thinking about adding some history to Aiyami, so a question: Do y'all think it'd be better if the god who scorned her is still around, or if instead he was one of the ones that fell during the wars, and she kind of just... replaces that one in her mind with whoever she ends up fancying before she briefly overcomes the delusion, tosses them aside, and looks for a new replacement, or something else?

I'm the only one who fell during the War so. . . ///

This brings up a good question, though. Maybe we should start defining the relations our Gods have? Though not all the sheets are in yet quite a few are.

Lravitus really doesn't seem like the person who'd or should be the first to oppose such a claim to me to begin with so.

One of Lravitus’ areas is growth and he doesn’t accept any inhibitors. The fact that Azahiel tried to rule over them and not let them grow on their own made him rebel. Otherwise Lravitus would just be sitting in his cave.

Keep in mind as per setting we all got along peacefully despite our contradictions and history till mortals began warring with each other.

@almostinsane could you put a mountain range splitting the left half of Ashariel horizontally. The Koarelian Collective would inhabit those mountains.

In truth I'm not sure where I'd like my Empire to base itself at. Since terrain is defined by us, location to others is the big factor here. I know its large, that's really just it for now. The question is where would be the most interesting relative to everyone else who has a Kingdom, Empire, or what have you.

@almostinsane, I will claim a significant portion of the right continent. Where the bay is with the country reaching down towards the center of the continent with the capital located right by the coast in the center of the bay.

@GravitysMomentum Interesting choice.

Announcement: Note that this map is a template. That means I can modify the map as needed, people can request more islands or the landmasses extended, ask for terrain such as mountains, forests, deserts, etc. added, and anything else to create a fun world for this to write in.

@DeTA Noted. Does anyone else have a request?

Given our close proximity what do you envision the relationship between our civs to be?

Well since @DeTA is a major antagonist faction like I will be, I'll stick to the left side of the map so we're not in each others way. For now put me down for the southern left peninsula, the boot. I'll get back to you on solidifying that and how much I'll spread out from that point, but I intend for quite a large Empire.

@DeTA, @Reimu Hakurei How's this?:

@FriedCFour Given our country's close proximity to a literal evil empire the size of both of them, I see Nova Yoro and the Avuvian Confederation having at minimum, a non-aggression pact and a mutual defense treaty should Scarra invade one or the other. I can also see the Avuvian Council and Caspian pressing them to allow their ships to dock in Nova Yoro should tensions rise as they would see Nova Yoro as part of their defensive line along with the colonies on the eastern island.

Sure I'll likely make some adjustments and extend from there but I'd like to get my faction sheet up before I finalize my claims.

I just wonder how annoyed @DeTA 's faction will be with the Shadowed Dancer's roaming caravans ^_^ I foresee many many clashes in that regard simply because of the totally different ideals/culture. OTOH, The Shadowed Dancer is probably the one god who never actually opposed him, since the Shadowed Dancer postdates the entire conflict.

My country cant have mutual defense treaties or a non agression pact. They don't have a government to make those kind of deals. You could hire mercenaries or pay property owners for the various things you want though.

I see. I can see how that will work.
