I haven't seen the video yet as I'm pressed for time ATM. But from what I've been hearing is that, yes, the original votes do favor Biden over Trump by about 10,000. They have yet to check out Dominion though and what's going on there. And If I recall correctly they will be doing a recount once that's done.
