I just want to remind people that lying under oath to congress is a federal offence that gets you 5 years in prison and that we have brought in all of the tech people to testify to congress numerous times.
We can nail them on that alone.

Sure. But will anything actually happen is the question. We had all these hearings. Not much happened. I'm sure these things take time. But hearings have no point if nothing is done. They are just a circus in that case.

Well my confidence in Trump's case went from 40-50% up to 90-95% after that press conference. It is going to drag out through the courts, but the evidence shown is more than enough and the fact they have even more ready to go is huge. A big point that was made was that there are only 3 Trump lawsuits atm and none have been dismissed. All the other court cases were brought by private individuals or organizations. The fact that almost all the Republicans are behind him shows that they know they have this to a large degree. They are picking their cases and moving forward very carefully to have a solid foundation when they go to the courts.
I would not be surprised to see some 7-2 rulings from SCOTUS at this point.

I hesitate to give him a modern addition to Rushmore but a case can be provided if the case for mass voter fraud falls through.
What minds ? when JFK win thanks to fraud with Nixon,he did it in one state and covered entire thing.Now we have 5 states where nobody even try to cover anything.
It is as if they belived that Trump and all republican just start apologizing for being alive.Such tactic would worked in West Europe,but not in current USA.
Why they did that ? if they let Trump rule for next 4 years,next republican president would be Bush-like, and after that they could find another Obama to silently turn USA into banana republic.

It's one of, if not the biggest political scandals in American history.
I mean, this is civil war level stuff for the history books. Our government under Trump, is fighting a hostile takeover.
A presidential candidate has fixed an election, and it trying to install himself as a dictator.
2020 is the year in history, where the United States faced a complete collapse of our electoral system, and had a dictator attempt to assume control over our government.
This is really happening.
The press conference really puts the scope of this into perspective. They hadn't really said anything overwhelmingly new to me. But they put it all together, and the framing...I can't deny that this was a massive and organized conspiracy at this point. I had held out for the idea that maybe a bunch of individual frauds added up. Yet they outline how the ten cities in question ALL followed the same fucking plan! That's not coincidence, that is planned ahead of time.
For the first time in a week, I have hope that Trump might be able to pull this off and remain the lawfully elected president.

Perhaps they were hoping nobody would believe blatant fraud on that scale could ever happen in this country; basically the Refuge in Audacity gambit. It's not as if there aren't at least some people who have fallen for it; like the owner of this very forum, Zoe, for example. As far as I'm aware, she still refuses to believe that any sort of significant fraud happened.
I am not sure she has fallen for it, she seems to be playing her cards pretty close to her chest. Once this is finished, maybe she'll let us in on what she was thinking. Maybe not.
But I think given her situation, we shouldn't make assumptions.
zoe is very much a wait and see kind of person who belives extordinary claims needs extrodinary proof.
Lots of people on this site are the same way, personally I think that proof is slowly coming in.

I've said it before, but I reckon Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death is semi-important to all this. They were planning on doing this whilst still having enough partisan judges in the Supreme Court to bugger over proceedings (which is why they freaked out with Kavanaugh), but when she died they were too far along to stop.
This very much feels like an "all or nothing" effort on their part.
