I severely doubt the Russians are using old maps for their targeting info. Those bridges that they did hit were probably specifically targeted. I also wouldn't be surprised if they targeted that playground - they've shot up women and children before on purpose, why would this be any different. The Russians were specifically trying to kill and injure civilians and it's foolish and deluded to try to give them the benefit of the doubt considering all that they've done to this point.
