So do the plagues and political instability or did you miss the part where most of the world's economy is in the tank because of the lockdowns causing places to go bankrupt or the riots in the US burning down everything they could get their hands on. And the latter is still relatively mild as far as instability of that sort goes, the upper scale for that tends to go to shootings and bombings followed by civil war if you're really unlucky. Not exactly good for the "not deny resources" plan.

I dunno about the odds but the answer to the how they'll react is poorly. We'll likely see more riots break out and any actions to contain them will be "an obvious example of evil fascist trump silencing the opposition" regardless of how clear the evidence of fraud having been involved in the result was.

I'd give it 5% tops with the information that we have at hand right now.

If it does happen, I can only hope that the evidence of fraud is widespread and irrefutable otherwise the lefts reaction will make the Days of Rage or the Troubles look like childsplay.

So it appears there's some ballot issues in Milwaukee as well.

So if I'm reading that right, what he's saying is that after Tuesday night and the count was stopped in specific areas where the overall vote had been in a specific distribution/ratio after the count was resumed this ratio changed massively in favor of the Dems (without the independants or repubs shifting at all relative to one another) in almost every circumstance in spite of how realistically speaking there would likely have been split between who got ahead of the other. And to make it worse, down ballot votes only went up for the down ballot Dem candidate when it would have actually impacted their race. That's... some impressive amounts of fuckery if it's true.
